Our Story
I started installing residential windows when I was 17 years old (1990). 9 years ago, I decided to go out on my own and start my own Window and Door Replacement Business, providing high-quality products locally in the Waterloo Region. We are a family run business, with my wife in the office and both of my sons working with me. PDA is actually the first initials of myself and my two boys.
We started as a small glazing operation serving Kitchener and Waterloo, and grew steadily through word of mouth. Today we handle everything from single pane replacements to full window and door installations across the region — but we're still the same local crew.
We don't use subcontractors. When you call PDA, the people who show up are the people who work here. That means consistent quality, clear communication, and someone to call if you ever have a question after the job is done.
